Description (Agency) Volunteer organization that promotes boating safety by providing basic and advanced boating courses to recreational boaters.
Description (Service) Community of recreational boaters who share their knowledge and experience. Courses offered range from basic boating skills to advanced navigational courses:  
* Boating 1 (Boating Basics) 
* Boating 2 (Beyond the Pleasure Craft Operators Card - PCOC) 
* Boating 3 (Introduction to Navigation) 
* Maritime Radio 
* Introduction to Weather 
* Electronic Navigation 
* Radar for Pleasure Craft
