Description & Services
Description (Agency) Operates 65 elementary schools and 11 secondary schools, as well as four Continuing Education sites, in the City of Guelph, Wellington County, and Dufferin County.
Description (Service) Wellness, equity and student achievement are some of the priorities of the Upper Grand District School Board.

Numerous programs are offered to enrich student learning, including Full Day Kindergarten, French Immersion, Specialist High Skills Major, Co-Op, Dual Credit, Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program, International Baccalaureate, International Students Program, Outdoor Education, eLearning and more.

Student success is the goal of over 4,000 dedicated teaching and support staff who are aided by the contributions of caring volunteers and community partners.

Community Involvement Program - every student must complete a minimum of 40 hours of community involvement activities as part of the requirements for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). For more information, click here.
