DescriptionIndividual Counselling is offered by appointment. Call the office to have a free assessment. Phase 1 of counselling sessions are usually one hour in length for 8 weeks.  
 
Anger Management sessions. Call for more details 
 
Workshops are held on a variety of topics: Stress Management, Building Better Relationships, Leadership Development etc. 
 
Coffee and tea will be served. The seminars are free, donations to cover costs are accepted.
Time Limited EventsWorkshops are held throughout the year. They are always advertised in the Banner newspapers.
HoursIndividual counselling is by appointment days or evenings. 
Workshops are held on Wed or Sun nights.
