Description & Services
DescriptionLow cost meals and friendship on a drop-in basis  
* serves two full meals a day - light breakfast and snacks  
 
Services also include: 
* emergency assistance with transportation costs and baby needs 
* access to social services - outreach workers from the Canadian Mental Health Association, Trellis Mental Health and Developmental Services and Guelph Community Health Centre 
* assistance with foot and hair care needs 
* emergency shelter for men and women (by referral from the Drop In Centre) 
* Last Months Rent Fund: assists individuals to obtain housing by providing financial assistance required for last month's rent deposit and/or HALF of required hydro deposit 
 
The Drop In Centre will phone landlords and other services to advocate for individuals requiring housing support or assistance with utilities.
