Description & Services
Description	Offers primary health services and community programs in response to community needs, with a commitment to meeting the needs of families with young children and people who may have difficulty accessing health care. Programs include clinical services, children's programs, childbirth preparation, parent and family support, Ontario Early Years Centre, cultural interpretation and immigrant support, ID clinic, outreach and social work services.
Sup. Description	Staff include social workers, registered dietitians, children's program specialists, volunteer coordinator, multicultural outreach worker, lactation consultant, health promoter and downtown vulnerable adult outreach worker. Cultural interpretation services available on request (trained interpreters/translators in 35 languages/dialects).
