DescriptionConsists of a team of nurses, social workers and physicians. Our team is on call 24 hours,7 days a week to respond to St. Mary's General Hospital in Kitchener and Cambridge Memorial Hospital in Cambridge when a woman, man, or child presents to the emergency department having experienced a recent sexual assault. The team also responds to any woman 16 years or older who has experienced a domestic assault by a spouse, partner, ex-partner, or dating partner. 
 
Offer short-term follow-up counselling to help with with your situation and with the changes you may choose to make in your life.  
 
Hours24 hours a day, 7 days a week response to hospital emergency departments 
 
Follow up counselling appointments Mon - Fri days or evenings
