DescriptionProvides public transportation in the City of Guelph as well as door to door mobility service for persons unable to use public transit.

EligibilityWar Veteran Transit Pass Program: open to any resident of Guelph who has actively served with Canadian Forces or its allies.  
Note: All new applicants are eligible to have either a Veterans Parking Pass OR Veterans Transit Pass. Pass holders who were issued “Lifetime Transit Pass for War Veterans” remain eligible to apply for the parking pass while retaining their transit pass.

ApplicationSubsidized Bus Pass for Adults with a Disability (ages 18-65), War Veteran Transit Pass Program, Affordable Bus Pass Program: 
* application forms are available at the following locations: City Hall - ServiceGuelph (1 Carden St); Guelph Transit (170 Watson Rd S); Evergreen Seniors Community Centre (683 Woolwich St); West End Community Centre (21 Imperial Rd S); Victoria Rd Recreation Centre ( 151 Victoria Rd N);  
 
Subsidized Bus Pass for Adults with a Disability and War Veteran Transit Pass application also available at: Ministry of Community and Social Services (86 Gordon St); all City of Guelph Library branches  
 
To apply for a Veterans Transit Pass, bring completed application form and supporting documentation to Guelph Transit Administration Office for processing. 
* existing Veterans parking pass holders may mail, fax, or drop off completed application forms to ServiceGuelph at City Hall

Cash Fare $3.00, No Change - No Refunds  
Tickets: Adults 10 tickets for $23.00; Youth 10 tickets for 18.50; Seniors 10 tickets for $19.50  
Monthly Passes: Adults $72.00; Youth $62.00; Seniors $60.00  
 
Guelph Transit Monthly Passes provide unlimited ridership privileges on all Guelph Transit Routes for period of calendar month shown on pass. Guelph Transit is not responsible for any lost or stolen pass.  
 
* children under 5 years of age ride FREE  
* mobility services available by application only  
* students are eligible to use student tickets/passes from kindergarten to completion of high school; school I.D. card must be shown upon request  
* visually impaired riders registered with CNIB ride FREE; rider must present CNIB registration card when boarding bus  
* seniors (65 years and older) may purchase senior tickets/passes; government issued I.D. card must be shown upon request  
* War Veteran Transit Pass Program provides free annual Guelph Transit pass  
* subsidized bus pass for Adults with a disability  
 
*As of January 3, 2012, Guelph Transit fares for travel to and from GO service will be subsidized by GO Transit*
